Welcome to the Office of Information Technology!
Here you will find useful information as to the services we offer.

The Office of Information Technology is located on the bottom floor of the Sheffield-Thompson administration building of the Rome campus.  The office is open Monday - Friday and the office hours are:
 
Fall/Spring semester: 7:30am-7:00pm, Monday-Thursday  and Fridays 7:30am-5:00pm
Summer session:       8:30am-7:00pm, Monday-Thursday 
                               8:30am-12:00pm, Friday.

If you need to report a computer problem, please submit a Helpdesk ticket at
http://helpdesk.shorter.edu or contact our office at (706) 233-7400.


Maintenance Schedule

Every Thursday from 12:00 midnight until 5:00 am, OIT will be performing maintenance on selected Shorter information technology services.  During this timeframe, periodic disruptions of services may occur.
