Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA allows you to keep your Shorter University user credentials safe and secure using a two-step verification method. The authentication options include mobile app notification, text message, or phone call. You can even use the mobile app (Microsoft Authenticator) to log into various web apps without ever entering your password.

Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)

SSPR allows your to reset, unlock, or change your password without having to contact us! Simply register your verification methods to enable this feature.
